Villa Rental Program
A select number of leading St. John rental properties participate in the Kids First! Villa Rental Program. This program commits that 2% of all rental income is donated to Kids First!, a Virgin Island non-profit corporation dedicated to supporting education on St. John. Island visitors who choose to rent a participating villa know that at no additional cost, they are helping the children of St. John.
